WHAT TO EXPECT
ASSESSMENT
We strive to complete the claims process within 30 days from start to finish.

Once we receive your instruction, we aim to arrange a survey visit within 24 hours of the claim notification. Our team will contact you to schedule an assessment of the damage between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

After the claim has been assessed and authorised by the insurance company, we will reach out to you to collect your excess, if applicable. We aim to schedule a start date within 48 hours of approval.
